Attract positive energies
Vastu Shastra is about attracting positive energies, make sure everything in your home emits and attracts positivity. Preferably, choose homes that have east, north and north-east facing entrance. Secondly, small things like washing your hands and feet after coming home, lighting up your house when its dark can help bring in positive energies. Light a lamp, show incense sticks and do a small prayer every morning and evening, this helps evil energies to stay away.

Make sure your house doesn't have a lot of sharp edges
Carefully look at the corners walls of the flat, make sure there aren't many open edges. Draw an aerial view of the flat before buying it, you will get a clear idea. Avoid home with a lot of sharp edges as they attract negative energies. Similarly, even after buying the house, take care that racks, shelves and furniture have rounded edges.

Let your bedroom enhance your relationship
Use soothing colours in your bedroom, for walls as well as soft furnishings. Keep a couple of happy pictures of you and your spouse around, they help in strengthening the relationship between the couple. Make sure your bed doesn't face a mirror or anything made of glass, this brings bad dreams and effects the balance.











Avoid unattractive things and sounds
Thorny plants like cactus and other shrubs should not be kept inside the house, they attract negative energies. Avoid keeping artificial cloth or plastic flowers or plants, instead decorate your house with real flowers. Similarly, do not have doorbells that do not have a pleasant ring, they tend to spoil the mood of the house.

अपने बेडरूम की दीवारों को हल्के हरे, गुलाबी या नीले रंग में रंगिए। अपने कमरे में समु्द्र की पेंटिंग्स टांगिए।
1. Add uniqueness to your front door to attract wealth inside. Make it dazzle, shine and sparkle. The main door has to be well decorated and fix auspicious symbols.

2. If money tends to disappear from your life, place a solid, heavy metal object in south - west corner of your house.

3. Large open spaces in the north attract wealth. At the same time remove all obstacles and storages from north.

4. Use pearl and green colors in the northern zone.

5. Locate the cupboard or safe for keeping cash and jewelry in the south or south-west. It should open towards the north, the direction of kuber. Keep the north-east portion of the house open and free from clutter. Never have astaircase at this location 

6. Make water bodies in the north,underground water tanks can be in this zone, avoid underground tanks in southern zone.

7. Always sit facing north. Make all seating arrangements along the southern and western wall.

8. Never have a dripping faucet or plumbing as it drains the finances of the house. 
               


                            

वास्तुशास्‍त्र के अनुसार इन कारणों से धन की बरकत नहीं होती

घर के उत्तर पूर्व यानी ईशान कोण में डस्टबीन या कचड़ा नहीं रखें। यहां गंदगी होने से धन का नाश होता रहता है।





नल से पानी का टपकते रहना वास्तुशास्त्र में आर्थिक नुकसान का बड़ा कारण माना गया है, जिसे बहुत से लोग अनदेखा कर जाते हैं। वास्तु के नियम के अनुसार नल से पानी का टपकते रहना धीरे-धीरे धन के खर्च होने का संकेत होता है। इससे बरकत नहीं होती।





पश्च‌िम द‌िशा में रसोई घर होने पर धन का आगमन अच्छा रहता है लेक‌िन बरकत नहीं रहती है यानी धन जैसे आता है वैसे खर्च भी हो जाता है।

घर की ढ़लान अगर उत्तर पूर्व में ऊंची है तो धन के आगमन में रुकावट आती रहती है और आय की अपेक्षा खर्च ज्यादा होता है।


धन में वृद्धि और बचत के लिए तिजोड़ी अथवा आलमारी जिसमें धन रखते हों उसे दक्षिण की दिवार से सटा कर इस प्रकार रखें कि, इसका मुंह उत्तर दिशा की ओर रहे। पूर्व की दिशा की ओर आलमारी का मुंह होने पर भी धन में वृद्धि होती है लेकिन उत्तर दिशा उत्तम मानी गयी है। दक्ष‌िण द‌‌िशा की ओर तिजोड़ी का मुंह होने पर धन नहीं ठहरता है।

घर के दक्ष‌िण पश्च‌िम द‌िशा में शौचालय या पानी की टंकी होने पर धन नहीं ठहरता है।

टूटा हुआ बेड और पलंग घर में नहीं रखना चाहिए इससे आर्थिक लाभ में कमी आती है और खर्च बढ़ता है। घर की छत पर या सीढ़ी के नीचे कबाड़ जमा करके रखने से भी धन का नुकसान होता है।



                             

Vastu For Living Room

       

• Living room must always face the northern direction
• Arrange the furniture to from a square or a circle or an octagon in.
• The furniture must be placed along the southern and western walls which ensures that you sit facing north and east which is good for a healthy mind.
• Brighten the corners.
• Place a picture of bright sunrise on southern wall in living room.
• Place an aquarium in the south-east corner in living room.
• Place a happy family picture in living room.
• One should never hoard stale food, withered flowers, torn clothes, waste paper, waste materials, empty tins, old jars and useless things.These things prevent Lakshmi from entering the house.

Vastu for blissful married life

                                 

• The Northwest bedroom is best suited for the married couple.
• Avoid using dark colours on the bedroom wall.
• Always have a perfect square/rectangle shaped bed.
• Use a single mattress in the bedroom.
• Avoid any kind of clutter in the bedroom
• Avoid having mirrors in the bedroom.
• Place gas and sink in the kitchen apart at a minimum distance of 4 feet.
• If you install any artifact/ pillows, make sure it is in pair.
• Place crystals in room near you, rose quartz gives peace, tranquility and understanding in married life.

                    

                               

वास्तु संबंधित छोटी-छोटी बातें

घर के मुख्य द्वार पर कभी भी कोई भारी चीज न लटकाएं। इससे काम में रुकावट आती है।


घर के मु्ख्य द्वार पर पेड़-पौधे लगवाएं।




घर में जूते-चप्पल रखने का रैक बनवाएं और उसे हमेशा पश्चिम की ओर ही रखें। 



घर के सामने साइकिल, स्कूटर, बाइक, स्कूटी रखने की जगह बिल्कुल भी न बनबाएं। 

घर में साफ सफाई, कलर, पॉलिश आदि सब ठीक से रखें। इससे घर में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा आती है। 



घर की खिड़कियों एवं दरवाजों पर पर्दे खिले हुए रंगों वाले लगाएं। आप यहां गुलाबी, हल्का नीला, हरा आदि सकारात्मक रंगों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। 






घर में कभी भी एक सीध में दरवाजे नहीं होने चाहिए। यदि ऐसा करना मजबूरी हो तो बीच में दरवाजे पर पवन घंटी( म्युजिकल बैल या स्फटिक बॉल) आदि लटका दें। इससे प्रभाव शुभ होता है।



घर में खिड़कियां सम संख्या में होनी चाहिए। सम संख्या यानी 4,6,8,12,16,18 आदि। लेकिन ध्यान रखें सम संख्या में शून्य जैसे 10, 20, 30, 40 नहीं आना चाहिए।

वास्तु के अनुसार ऐसी कई बातें होती हैं जो किसी परिवार को सुखी और समृद्ध बना सकती हैं। वास्तव में यह शास्त्र प्रकृति की सकारात्मकता पर आधारित है। वास्तु की कुछ बातें ऐसी हैं तो दिखने में बहुत साधारण लगती हैं लेकिन अगर उनका पालन किया जाए तो असर बहुत व्यापक करती हैं।






तुलसी से भी घर में सुख-शांति का आगमन होता है। माना जाता है कि जहां तुलसी होती है उस परिवार के लोग अकाल मृत्यु से सुरक्षित रहते हैं। इसलिए वास्तु के अनुसार घर में तुलसी का पौधा जरूर लगाएं।





झाड़ू को ऐसी जगह रखें जहां यह सीधे दिखाई न दे। झाड़ू को भी घर की लक्ष्मी कहा गया है क्योंकि यह घर से नकारात्मक चीजें हटाती है। झाड़ू को पैर से स्पर्श नहीं करना चाहिए। रात के समय झाड़ू नहीं लगानी चाहिए।





घर में बहुत पुराना और रद्दी सामान इकट्ठा न करें। पुराने से तात्पर्य ऐसे सामान से है जो अनुपयोगी हो, पूर्वजों व ऐतिहासिक महत्व का न हो। परिवार के ऐतिहासिक महत्व की चीजें जरूर संभालकर रखनी चाहिए। प्लास्टिक का पुराना सामान, बोतलें, पुराने अखबारों का ढेर, फटी चटाई, टूटी चारपाई जैसी चीजें ज्यादा दिनों तक घर में नहीं रखनी चाहिए।





हर दिन अपने इष्ट देव का सुबह-शाम पूजन जरूर करें। घर में दीपक जलाएं और भगवान को प्रसाद चढ़ाएं तो सबको वितरित करें। इससे घर के सदस्यों में प्रेम रहता है।





हर अमावस्या को नियमपूर्वक अपने पूर्वजों व पितृ देवों को नमन करें। उनके नाम पर गाय को रोटी खिलाएं और चींटियों के बिल पर भी गुड़ या कोई मीठी वस्तु चढ़ाएं।




परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का एक सामूहिक चित्र घर में लगाएं, जिसमें वे प्रसन्न मुद्रा में और बुजुर्गों का आशीर्वाद लेते हुए हों। ऐसा चित्र घर में प्रेम व सद्भाव कायम रखने में सहायक होता है। ऐसे चित्रों का संकलन कर उन्हें समय-समय पर देखते रहने से मन में मधुर यादें ताजा रहती हैं।
