दक्षिण और पूर्व  के कोण को अग्निकोण कहते हैं। पंचतत्वों मे यह स्थान अग्नि तत्व का है। यहाँ अग्नि तत्व होने की वजह से इसे अग्निकोण कहते हैं।

           अग्निकोण मे रसोईघर होना चाहिए।

अगर इस कोण मे गलती से रसोईघर के स्थान पर स्नानघर या शौचालय बन जाये, तो इस कोण में अग्नि तत्व की जगह जल तत्व आ जाता है। जो यहां वास्तु दोष उत्पन्न कर देता है। अग्नि को हमारे जीवन में धन, बैंक-बैलैंस, शारिरिक बल और जठराग्नि कहा गया है। परिणामस्वरूप हमारे घर मे धन की कमी, धन का दुरुपयोग, कर्ज का बढ़ना, पेट संबंधी रोगों का होना और कुछ अन्य बीमारियों का होना आरंभ हो जाता है। यह वास्तुदोष करोड़पति को भी रोड़पति बना सकता है। अक्सर देखा गया है की जिन घरों में अग्निकोण में रसोईघर है, उन घरों में कभी पेट संबंधित रोग नही होते, धन की कमी नही होती, कर्ज नही होता और उन घर मे रहने वाले परिवार सदैव सम्पन्न रहते हैं। यदि आप भी इन मे से किसी परेशानी से पीड़ित हैं, तो अपने घर के अग्नि कोण को देख कर पता लगा सकते हैं। की उस परेशानी का कारण अग्निकोण में जल तत्व का होना तो नही है। इस समस्या का कारण कई बार इस दिशा में नीले रंग का होना भी हो सकता है। नीला रंग भी जल तत्व का होना ही दर्शाता है। अगर आप के घर में इस दिशा में नीला रंग है तो उसे हटा कर आप इस समस्या से बच सकते हैं और अगर यहाँ स्नानघर या शौचालय है तो उसे भी वास्तु के कुछ उपायों के अनुसार बैलेंस करके ठीक किया जा सकता है और इस समस्या से छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।

22 Vastu Tips for Wealth

1. Decorate the main or entrance door of your home distinctively to enable prosperity and wealth find your easily.
2. Decorate the name and number plate of your home. Keep this area brightly lit and beautifully colored. 
3. Always keep all doors and windows clean. If they are dirty then money flow is obstructed.
4. Place the cash locker or cash almirah close to the South or South-West wall so that it opens in the North direction. 
5. Never place the cash locker under any beam as this puts a lot of financial stress on family or business.
6. Place a mirror in front of your cash locker so that the mirror shows an image of cash locker. 
7. Keeping the North-East portion clutter free and open at all times attracts wealth towards you. Avoid making staircase etc. in this portion. Never keep anything heavy suchlike machinery etc in the North-East corner.

14. Never have big and high trees in the North-East side of a plot as it obstructs financial flow.
15. Place a water fountain in North-East part of home. Make sure that water in the fountain is always moving; movement of water denotes flow of positive energy and wealth.
16. Keep a fish aquarium in your home (which we insist) in the North-East portion of hall or living room. Always keep the fish aquarium clean and aerated.
17. Always make sure to keep the center of home as free area. Never make any construction (except a temple) in this part of a house as this is the Brahmasthan.
18. Always repair or replace any leaking taps or faucets; leaking of water denotes wastage and loss of money.
